He has done for the Albany and Schenectady area performer community what Lena Spencer did for those in Saratoga. Not to mention one of the few alternative, non-chain, non-plastic places around, with affordable vegetarian meal choices and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very accepting of all human beings, whether they dress in Sal's Army clothes or The Gap's!
