Music For All Ages

Terri Roben is a singer-songwriter who enjoys sharing music with all age groups, especially children.  She plays guitar, banjo, mountain lap dulcimer and a little fiddle and drum.  Her favorite instruments are the free homemade ones, like spoons and coffee can drums.  She likes songs with movements and different languages that involve the audience.  Terri has been singing at libraries, schools, festivals and coffeehouses for many years.
Terri is a registered Music Together teacher leading 3-5 weekly classes of preschoolers and caregivers.  She has made two recordings, one particularly for families, " Riverwalk and Other Songs."  Pete Seeger honored her by ordering some copies and writing "You're a good songwriter - Keep on!"

Terri Roben is a native of the Capital District, serves on the board of the national Children's Music Network, and also performs for adults. She is self-employed, a homeowner, wife, and grateful mother of a beautiful professional dancer.
